Chief Advisor
Scot J. Voronaeff, MAI, CCIM has over 25 years of real estate appraisal experience with an emphasis in providing valuation, investment, and development advisory services to a diverse array of client types. Mr. Voronaeff’s work experience is represented by a broad variety of past appraisal, brokerage, and consulting assignments involving a wide range of commercial and residential property types located throughout Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific area.
Mr. Voronaeff is a MAI-designated member of the Appraisal Institute, a CCIM-designated member of the CCIM Institute, and a Realtor member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors. He is a former President and Officer of the Hawaii Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is a former Director of the Hawaii Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP).
Mr. Voronaeff is currently owner and chief advisor of Premier Advisors, and was previously a senior manager at KPMG LLP for 4 years from 1997 through 2000. He was also a senior appraiser with Howell & Associates for 8 years from 1988 through 1996, and an appraiser and research analyst for 7 years with Realty Research Corporation from 1981 through 1987. Mr. Voronaeff holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from the University of California in Irvine. He has been a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of Hawaii since the licensing requirement began in 1992 and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Hawaii since 2001.

Hugh M. Howell, MAI has over 30 years of real estate appraisal, brokerage, and consulting experience with an emphasis in providing valuation, investment, and development advisory services to a diverse array of client types. Mr. Howell’s work experience is represented by a broad variety of past appraisal, brokerage, and consulting assignments involving a wide range of commercial and residential property types located throughout Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific area
Mr. Howell is a MAI-designated member of the Appraisal Institute and is a former Officer of the Hawaii Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Hugh M. Howell is currently an associate advisor with Premier Advisors, and has been the owner of Howell & Associates since 1993. He was previously the managing partner of Sylva, Howell & Associates for approximately 5 years from 1988 to 1993. He was also a senior appraiser with Raymond A. Leasher & Company, Ltd. for approximately 11 years from 1977 to 1988. Mr. Howell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii. He has been a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of Hawaii since 1991, and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Hawaii since 1977.

Winkler has over 9 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience with an emphasis in providing valuation, investment, and development advisory services to a diverse array of client types. Mr. Winkler's work experience is represented by a broad variety of past appraisal and consulting assignments involving a wide range of commercial and residential property types located throughout Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific area.
Mr. Winkler is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
Gabriel M. Winkler is currently an associate advisor with Premier Advisors, and was previously an independent fee appraiser associated with Royal Pacific Appraisal for approximately 1 year during 2005. He was also a independent fee appraiser associated with Appraisal Pacific for approximately 1 year during 2004, and was previously a staff appraiser with Integra Realty Resources for approximately 2 years during 2002 and 2003. Mr. Winkler holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Western Washington University. He has been a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of Hawaii since 2005, and a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of California since 2004.
